Drink chilled in a sparkling wine flute. This is a classic English Brut which will work well by itself or in a party atmosphere, but also with a host of lighter dishes. Try it with summer salads, scallops or sushi.
Tasting Notes
Revitalising and crisp, this is a bright bubbly with aromatic notes of lemon zest and white apricots. With a couple of years on the lees, the mouthfeel is slightly creamy with lingering flavours of pear tart but culminates with a citrussy freshness on the finish. An approachable and lively fizz.
