A combination of four exceptional aged rums softened with local Dartmoor water to creates an unadulterated premium rum that is accessible to everyone. With rums from Barbados, Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Panama this premium rum is unadulterated with no sugar added and finally blended and bottled in Devon.

Serving Suggestions: Try this rum on the rocks or with your favourite ginger beer or ginger ale with the addition of a squeeze of fresh lime and dash of Angostura bitters. Also works well in light cocktails such as the Daiquiri, The Mojito and Rum Sours where the light fruity flavour of the rum combine well with the citrus.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of caramel, toffee, cacao, banana and apricot with a hint of light spice. A well-structured palate with cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice, rich, toffee, coconut, cacao and apricot fruit. Dry lightly spicy finish with rich toffee, cacao and tasted oak.
