The Sallet Draining Ice Scoop is ideal for serving ice cubes and crushed ice. The T shaped hole allows small ice pieces and water to empty from the scoop preventing them from making it to the glass or shaker and diluting the drink.

It also has a heavy handle the end of which can be used, when held in the fist to hit and break up larger pieces of ice that get frozen together.

Made from high quality polished aluminium, it has an agronomical design making it essential barware for a professional mixologist.
