Pair the Wooden Ice Mallet with the Soba Kiri Knife to achieve clean chops in ice blocks. Carving your own ice, ready for use in cocktails, creates a fully hand-crafted experience for drinkers. Place a cleaver or Soba Kiri on a large block of ice, then use the ice mallet to hammer the blade down on to the ice, giving a straight break in the block.
